I am just like you. I know pain, suffering, rejection, abandonment, fear, resistance, stuckness, procrastination, pressure, numbing...

I have had overwhelming moments when I didn't want to be here anymore.

I have been in deep, depressing dark nights of the ego.

I have felt the fear of death and losing control.

I have felt alone as if no one was coming to save me...

Yet, despite these challenges and the natural adversity of Life,

I know:

I am not my feelings, decisions, thoughts, accomplishments, identities or limitations.

I am not what others think or even what I think.

The only parts of me that can get shaken are the false ones.

The only parts of me I can let go of were never 'Who I Am' in the first place.

And not just as concept, but as a living reality,

I am aware:

We are the loving nature that not only endures, but thrives in Life.

We are free in our inherent, loving nature.

This nature expresses through joy, creativity, peace, stillness, love, laughter...

We are fulfilled in this inherent Beingness/Presence/True Self/Soul.

Life is totally for us - for our learning, growth, expansion and awareness of Who We Are...

Ever since I was born, I've been on this journey of awakening.

I grew up in a non-denominational spiritual school and have always been in an environment of 'knowing thyself'.

Whether it be Insight Seminars (1-4), Spiritual Psychology (University of Santa Monica), Master's/Doctorate programs in Spiritual Science (Peace Theological Seminary), or co-leading group coaching with my wife at Allowing Love for many years...

There is nothing more valuable to me than greater Awareness and Embodiment of our Inherent Wise & Loving Nature.

And the Heart is the Way In.
